Arbitex

The Enterprise Content Security Platform.

Mission

Protect company and client data while enabling the secure adoption of AI.

Vision

Every AI interaction in every enterprise passes through governance infrastructure that the organization owns and controls.

What We Believe

Enterprise AI adoption is accelerating. Engineering teams are deploying AI features across departments, calling multiple model providers, and moving fast. That speed creates a governance gap: no central visibility into what data leaves the network, which models are called, or what policies apply. When a security leader asks "are our AI interactions governed?" — most organizations cannot answer.

The industry's response has split in two. AI gateways route traffic, balance load, and track costs. AI security tools inspect content and flag violations. Both solve real problems. Neither delivers what a security leader actually needs: the authority to define what AI traffic is allowed, enforce that policy at the wire, and prove compliance in an audit.

Arbitex exists because routing and security are not separate problems. They are two halves of a single question: what should this AI request be allowed to do? The pipe is the policy.

"The pipe is the policy."

Governance is not a layer added to infrastructure. It is the infrastructure.

Our Principles

Three commitments that guide every product and design decision.

01

Nothing leaks.

The gateway is a wall with a door. Requests pass through only with permission. Data loss prevention, content inspection, and data boundary enforcement are not features that can be turned off. They are the product. Every design choice reinforces this.

02

The organization sets the rules.

The security team defines what AI traffic is allowed. Arbitex makes those decisions non-negotiable infrastructure — not policies in a wiki, but rules in the wire. Governance is enforced, not suggested. The CISO is the author; the gateway is the enforcement.

03

Every decision is auditable.

Every request logged. Every policy decision recorded. Every dollar tracked. When the board asks whether AI interactions are governed, the answer is an audit log — complete, immutable, ready for external review. Visibility is not an option. It is the evidence.
