Changelog
Updates from the Arbitex team — features shipped, improvements made, and what's next.
API documentation batch 15 — configuration, identity, and admin endpoints
API reference documentation now covers the configuration import/export API, SCIM provisioning endpoints for user and group management, and the admin policy management API for MFA enforcement and passkey configuration. Documentation includes schema references, error codes, and migration guidance for each endpoint group.
Learn more →Competitive card refresh — energy, utilities, and infrastructure positioning
Comparison pages covering cloud AI platform alternatives have been updated with sector-specific positioning for energy and utilities use cases. Cards now reflect NERC CIP capability differentiation, OT deployment model comparisons, and critical infrastructure compliance coverage.
Learn more →Manufacturing industry page — defense and industrial AI governance overview
New dedicated page covering Arbitex Gateway for defense contractors and industrial manufacturers. Content covers ITAR/EAR export-controlled technical data detection, CMMC 2.0 CUI enforcement, supply chain data protection, and air-gap Outpost deployment for factory floor OT networks. DFARS 252.204-7012 and ISO 28000 compliance mapping included.
Learn more →Passkey UX improvements — streamlined WebAuthn enrollment and login
The WebAuthn/FIDO2 passkey enrollment and authentication flows have been redesigned for clarity. Enrollment now includes a step-by-step walkthrough with device compatibility guidance. The login flow reduces ceremony for returning users with registered passkeys. Error messages are plain-language and include recovery instructions.
Learn more →Webhook reliability — delivery guarantees and retry visibility
Webhook delivery now includes exponential backoff with jitter on failed deliveries, a configurable retry window, and a delivery status dashboard in the admin portal. Failed deliveries surface in the audit log with full request and response context. Operators can manually replay individual delivery failures from the portal.
DLP portal management — policy rule editor and detection preview
The admin portal now includes a visual rule editor for DLP policy configuration. Operators can add, modify, and test detection rules without touching configuration files. A detection preview mode lets operators validate rule behavior against sample content before activating changes. Rule version history is maintained in the audit log.
Learn more →API documentation batch 14 — webhook, audit export, and budget endpoints
API reference documentation now covers the webhook registration and delivery management API, audit log export endpoints (JSONL and CSV formats), and the budget cap and quota configuration API. Documentation includes authentication requirements, pagination patterns, and rate limit guidance for each endpoint group.
Learn more →Competitive card refresh — updated positioning across comparison pages
Comparison pages covering AI gateway and DLP vendor alternatives have been updated with current product positioning. Cards now reflect the latest capability differentiation for routing, compliance coverage, and deployment model. Pages covering Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto, and Forcepoint have received the most significant updates.
Learn more →Government industry page — federal AI governance overview
New dedicated page covering Arbitex Gateway for federal agencies and public sector organizations. Content covers FedRAMP-aligned data sovereignty, CUI detection across NIST SP 800-171 categories, FISMA audit controls, and IL4/IL5 zero-trust identity enforcement. Air-gap Outpost deployment for classified workflows is documented.
Learn more →SEO optimization — structured data and title improvements across top pages
Added SoftwareApplication structured data (JSON-LD) to the homepage and features index. Title tags across the top 15 pages have been updated to meet search engine best practices, improving indexing quality for industry and feature pages.
TypeScript portal hardening — stricter type safety across admin UI
Admin portal components have been hardened with stricter TypeScript configuration. Previously implicit any types in form handlers, policy configuration panels, and audit log views are now fully typed. The change reduces the surface area for runtime type errors in the portal.
Integration test suites — end-to-end coverage for enforcement paths
New integration test suites cover the complete enforcement pipeline from request ingestion through DLP detection, policy evaluation, and audit log write. Tests cover multi-provider routing failover, concurrent budget enforcement, and SCIM-provisioned identity resolution. Total automated test coverage now exceeds 8,200+ cases.
Learn more →Performance benchmarks — DLP pipeline throughput under sustained load
Published internal performance benchmarks for the DLP pipeline under sustained production-scale load. Benchmarks cover single-tenant and multi-tenant configurations, covering detection latency at Tier 1, 2, and 3 across varied request sizes. Results are used to validate SLA commitments for Enterprise customers.
API documentation batch 13 — M2M, identity, and compliance endpoints
API reference documentation now covers machine-to-machine client credential flows, SCIM 2.0 directory sync endpoints, and the compliance bundle configuration API. Documentation includes request/response schemas, authentication requirements, and example payloads for each endpoint group.
Learn more →Insurance competitive guides — side-by-side comparisons for industry-specific AI gateway evaluations
Added detailed competitive comparison pages covering AI gateway alternatives evaluated by insurance carriers and MGAs. Pages cover vendor positioning across DLP coverage for NPI and policyholder data, compliance framework support for GLBA Safeguards Rule and NAIC requirements, and hybrid deployment options for data sovereignty. Part of the vertical expansion for regulated insurance environments.
