ENTERPRISE

AI governance built for your security requirements.

White-glove deployment. Dedicated support. Custom SLA. Arbitex Enterprise gives your security, compliance, and engineering teams the controls they need — without slowing down AI adoption.

Enterprise Capabilities

Everything your organization needs to govern AI at scale.

Identity

SSO & SAML 2.0

Integrate with your existing identity provider. Arbitex operates as a SAML 2.0 Service Provider with verified support for Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace. Group membership maps directly to RBAC roles.

Identity

SCIM 2.0 Provisioning

Automate user lifecycle management. When a user is offboarded in your IdP, Arbitex access is revoked automatically. Group changes sync to gateway RBAC roles.

Deployment

Hybrid Outpost Deployment

Run the data plane inside your VPC or on-premises infrastructure. DLP inspection, policy enforcement, and AI model routing execute locally. The Arbitex-hosted control plane manages configuration.

Deployment

Custom Data Residency

Control where your data is processed. Hybrid Outpost keeps AI traffic within your network boundary. Audit logs, DLP findings, and request metadata stay in your environment.

Compliance

Compliance Reporting

Generate compliance evidence packs mapped to 12 regulatory frameworks — PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, GLBA, SOX, CCPA, BSA/AML, SEC Reg FD, FERPA, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001. Export structured reports for auditors on demand.

Deployment

Air-Gap Outpost

Fully disconnected deployment for classified and air-gapped environments. Offline AI detection runs without cloud connectivity. No external network calls. Signed update packages for integrity verification.

Security

BYOK Encryption + Startup Enforcement

Bring your own encryption keys for data at rest. AES symmetric encryption with customer-managed key material. Startup validators enforce TLS on every connection and reject plaintext URLs — the gateway refuses to start if encryption is misconfigured in production.

Support

Dedicated CSM & 24/7 Support

A named Customer Success Manager for your account. White-glove onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and 1-hour response time SLA. Security review support included.

Commercial

Custom Contracts & MSA

Flexible licensing aligned to your procurement process. Custom SLA terms, BAA for HIPAA-covered entities, and negotiated MSA terms available for Enterprise accounts.

FAQ

Enterprise questions, answered.

Is a BAA available for HIPAA-covered entities?

Yes. Enterprise plans include a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as part of the custom MSA. Contact sales to initiate the BAA review process.

Can we negotiate a custom MSA?

Enterprise accounts include custom contract negotiation. We work with your legal and procurement teams to align terms, SLA guarantees, liability, and data handling requirements to your standards.

What does the security review process look like?

We support customer-initiated security assessments. Enterprise accounts receive access to our security documentation package, SOC 2 report (designed for — audit pending), architecture diagrams, and penetration test summaries. We participate in vendor security questionnaires and can schedule technical deep-dives with our security engineering team.

How long does a typical pilot take?

Most Enterprise pilots run 4–6 weeks. We scope the pilot to your priority use case — typically starting with a single team or application, then expanding to broader deployment after validation. Your dedicated CSM manages the pilot timeline and success criteria.

What deployment options are available?

Enterprise plans include SaaS (Arbitex-managed) and Hybrid Outpost (customer-managed data plane). Outpost runs in your VPC, on-premises infrastructure, or air-gapped environment. The Arbitex-hosted control plane manages configuration and policy distribution.

Are there per-seat charges?

No. Arbitex pricing is request-based, not per-seat. There are no user caps or seat licenses on any plan. Add as many users as your organization needs.
